What is so "special" about your fudge?
Pepper Lane Fudge & Sweets uses only the finest all natural ingredients (cane sugar, cocoa powder, corn syrup, whipping cream, fruits, nuts, etc.) and never any additives. Each batch of fudge is hand made under a master's watchful eye, and then creamed by hand, on Vermont marble slabs, until our fudge has a tender crust on the outside and a creamy texture inside!
How long will your fudge last?
First, and most importantly—we do not want you to refrigerate our fudge! Our fudge will last 10-14 days at room temperature in an airtight container before it starts to harden. The "life" of our fudge can be extended by wrapping it in plastic wrap and using a freezer bag before placing it in the freezer (or hiding it from the kids!).
How do you sell your fudge?
Our fudge is sold on-line as part of a 4 slice box. Each slice is hand cut by one of our highly trained fudge makers and weighs approximately 1/2 pound.
What's the nutritional value (okay, fat content!) of your fudge?
Since our fudge is made with only the finest natural ingredients, we are pleased to say that our fudge is "LOW FAT". It is also low in sodium and cholesterol.
Do you handle custom orders?
Because of our detail to quality and "hand made" techniques, we do accommodate custom orders for many customers. Custom orders can range from holiday candies to wedding favors. Custom orders are taken dependent upon the season and lead time needed for the products. Please feel free to emails us or call us about any custom order, and Geoff will try his best to help you if possible!
Can I visit your shop?
ABSOLUTELY!!! We would love to have you stop by our Pepper Lane Fudge & Sweets shop within Kitchen Kettle Village in Intercourse, Pa. While in our shop you can watch our fudge and sweets being made—up close and personal. You can also sample our fudge flavors, and Geoff is always around to answer any of your questions.
